Kerala is known for it production of wonderful, fragrant spices. As well as making food taste delicious, many of these ingredients have incredible health benefits. Tourists will often seek these out when they visit as they are known for being some of the best quality grown in the world.

Here are a few of the most commonly found spices in Kerala, along with their health benefits:
